With the Metrop biomineral MR1 fertilizer for the growth period, the NPK and micro-element balance are specially formulated for the highest possible yield of the crop.
The raw materials of Metrop MR1 growth fertilizer is of very high purity, which makes it possible to achieve a high NPK proportion without disturbing the plant.
The quality of the raw materials ensures that it will never clog the vat or irrigation system. Once prepared with water, the EC will remain stable.
The micro elements are also added to a higher and purer degree, so that the plants have a faster and better photosynthesis, which is beneficial for the quality of the end product.
The Metrop MR1 growth fertilizer is a high quality plant extract with all macro and micro nutrients needed for growth and pre-flowering in any medium.
Function: Nitrogen and phosphorus are particularly important to the growing crop during the early vegetative stages. Deficiencies of phosphorus will negatively effect the root development, vigour and yield of the crop. A high phosphorus fertilizer is desirable in the growth phase of any plant.
Crop production in soils that are nutritionally depleted or where the soil moisture prevents adequate movement of nutrients in the root zone will require early applications of Metrop MR1.
Metrop MR1 growth fertilizer supplies magnesium which is often deficient in crops grown on light, sandy soils. Magnesium together with other micro nutrients, is vital for chlorophyll and protein synthesis.

Directions for use: The spray tank should be filled with half of the
required amount of water.
After shaking the container, measure the required amount of Metrop MR1
and add to the tank whilst maintaining constant agitation.
Add remaining water to correct dilution. Spray.
Dilution: Recommemded water rate is 500-1500 Litres.
Always shake container before opening.
Apply as a nutrient programme with Metrop MR2.

| Vegetables | 2.0-3.0 | 500 | 1 to 2 applications early in crop growth. |
| Other crops | 3.0 | 00-500 | For phosphate deficient crops, repeat if necessary at 10-14 day intervals. |
Tank Mixing Compatibility:
MR1 is compatible with most, but not all, pesticides, growth regulators
and micronutrients with regard to physical tank mixing and biological
effect on the crop.
However, Metrop cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage as
not all pesticides have been tested and because the efficacy of any mix
will depend on, among other factors, the pesticide concerned, crop
conditions, growth stage, weather, and volumes of water used.
Precautions:
MR1 should be stored in frost free conditions with optimum storage range
between 5-40 Cº.
MR1 is a non-hazardous and non flammable folair fertiliser.
Gloves and face shield should be worn when handling the concentrate.
Packing:
Metrop MR1 high NPK Phosphorus fertilizer is available in HDPE drums of 1L, 5L, 10L
capacity.
Drums are fitted with TE closures. 1000 Litre mini-bulk available.
Yes, you can use MR1 grow fertilizer on soil and coco substrates. There is a distinction between buffered coco substrate and sterilised coco substrate. With sterilised coco substrate, treat it as a hydroponic medium and provide the nutrient solution 6 times a day. With buffered coco, you only provide the nutrient solution when the plant needs it.
Yes, you can use MR1 grow fertilizer with hydroponic growing systems. For DWC Deep Water Culture systems, use the DWC culture schedule.
Yes, you need to adjust the pH value when growing with MR1. MR1 already adjusts these values in your nutrient solution. Usually when mixing, the pH value is within the ideal range. However, tap water does not have the same pH values everywhere. We recommend a pH value between 5.4 and 6.2 for your nutrient solution. You can adjust this with pH Plus and pH Min.
That depends on how you store the MR1 grow fertilizer product. It is highly concentrated and if the water shrinks slightly due to cold, not all the dissolved elements fit into the water and are squeezed out. If the seal has been broken for a long time, water molecules will slowly evaporate and the same thing will happen. If you store the bottle at room temperature off the ground with the seal closed, the product will have a shelf life of 10 years. If the seal is broken and you want to store the product for a long time, place a piece of aluminium foil between the bottle and the cap and store the product upside down. Shake very well when using.
MR1 10-40-20+TE can last at least six months, provided the pH value remains between 5.4 and 6.2 and a circulation pump in the nutrient tank keeps the nutrient solution moving.
Yes, MR1 grow fertilizer is suitable as a foliar feed. However, there are a few different rules for foliar feeding using MR1. You can find this in the blog foliar feed.
The NPK differences in MR1 10-40-20+TE are very large, allowing a plant to absorb much more Phosphorus to maximise root and plant growth. MR1 is also highly concentrated, so you need much less of the product. MR1 contain also essential Trace elements.
No, MR1 is a BioMineral product. Pure organic always results in a shortage of essential minerals, resulting in less growth and flowering.
Yes, MR1 can be mixed with other products. However, when a Calcium product is mixed with the MR1, the pH value of the mixing water should never exceed 6.5.
Only 2 times on the vegetables. Keep a few weeks in between.
